🧩 Key Responsibilities
System Design & Architecture:
Design and implement scalable and fault-tolerant backend systems.
Create system designs that ensure performance, scalability, and security at global scale.
Full-Stack Development:
Develop APIs, backend services, and optionally front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices.
Code Development & Testing:
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Create unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Problem Solving & Innovation:
Solve deep technical problems related to system latency, memory optimization, and distributed computing.
Constantly innovate and propose enhancements to existing systems and processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers in a collaborative Agile environment.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Deployment & Monitoring:
Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor performance using logging, dashboards, and automated alerts.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience Level:
0 to 2 years of experience in software development (fresh graduates with strong technical portfolios may apply).
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages like Java, C++, Python, or Go.
Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and web services.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Desirable:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Contributions to open-source or personal GitHub repositories are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
💰 Salary Details
Monthly Compensation
₹55,000 – ₹90,000 INR
Annual CTC Range
₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
