🎯 What You’ll Do as a Software Test Manager
As a key member of the CBS Americas division, you will lead and manage testing initiatives that power end-to-end delivery pipelines, ensuring software systems meet quality benchmarks and customer expectations.
✅ Your Responsibilities Include:
Lead test projects and ensure adherence to time, budget, and scope commitments.
Translate high-level business objectives into detailed test plans, strategies, and execution models.
Manage cross-functional test teams, allocate resources, and oversee quality metrics.
Mentor and support testing professionals, create growth pathways, and encourage team development.
Oversee test strategy, risk management, planning, and execution for multiple projects.
Act as a bridge between customer expectations and delivery capabilities.
Champion process improvements, implement efficiency initiatives, and apply industry best practices.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving long-term success and satisfaction.
Track progress, identify risks early, and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure alignment with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing standards.
🧠 Skills and Qualifications
✅ Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Analysis, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in leading testing teams.
Strong background in software testing, testing tools, automation, and STLC/SDLC methodologies.
Ability to lead medium-sized test engagements across multiple teams and systems.
