Dentsu – Test Engineer
Dentsu is hiring a Test Engineer to join its dynamic engineering team at the Manyata Tech Park (N1 Block), Bengaluru location. This role is instrumental in ensuring the stability, performance, and quality of digital products delivered by Dentsu's global technology division.
As a Test Engineer, you will be actively involved in designing and executing manual and automated test plans to support robust product releases. You'll collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads in an Agile setup to identify issues early and maintain high-quality standards. The role requires a deep understanding of software testing processes, analytical skills, and a passion for building bug-free experiences.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience:
1–4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Required Skills:
Proficient in writing and executing test cases.
Hands-on experience with test tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Exposure to API testing and scripting (Java, Python preferred).
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of automation frameworks and load testing tools.
Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
💰 Estimated Salary Range
Monthly Salary
₹41,000 – ₹66,000
Annual CTC
₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA
