🧠 Role & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you’ll work under the mentorship of senior engineers and contribute to live projects involving core network engineering and service deployment. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Planning, designing, and engineering end-to-end international networks.
Collaborating with product and hardware teams to define 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming requirements.
Validating technical specifications for key network functionalities such as authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, and performance management.
Supporting technical documentation and proposals related to network deployments, upgrades, or investment planning.
Coordinating and evaluating service provider performance, coverage analysis, and network capability checks.
Troubleshooting and analyzing network traffic issues, latency, routing inefficiencies, and packet loss.
Identifying root causes of technical issues and recommending viable, scalable solutions.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and optimize live network issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
