🛠️ Role Overview
As a QA in Electronic Trading at Capco, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic trading platforms within the fixed income market. This role demands a seasoned professional adept in quality assurance, business analysis, and testing methodologies specific to electronic trading systems.
✅ Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in quality assurance and business analysis within electronic trading platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in manual testing, regression testing, UAT, and functional testing.
Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project management.
Domain Expertise:
In-depth understanding of fixed income trading, including credit, rates, ETFs, or municipal products.
Experience with electronic trading platforms such as MarketAxess, Tradeweb, Bloomberg, or Brokertec.
Methodologies:
Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Conduct functional and performance testing for electronic trading platforms.

Process Improvement:
Identify issues and drive efficiency in software development life cycles.
