Fiserv is hiring for a Quality Assurance Engineering Professional to join its Payments team in Pune. As part of this role, you will focus on validating product performance, ensuring quality standards, and working on automation frameworks. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
Analyze project requirements and prepare effective test strategies.
Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases.
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure high-quality product releases.
Participate in agile sprint activities such as backlog grooming and planning.
Conduct peer reviews of test cases and ensure compliance with QA best practices.
Handle Level 3 production issues, analyze root causes, and provide test support.
Develop automation frameworks or enhance existing ones using modern tools.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, execution results, and defects.
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual + automation).
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC.
Experience with automation tools and scripting (like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
Technical Proficiency
Solid understanding of software development practices.
Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
Knowledge of databases, APIs, and test environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
