📌 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve business applications used worldwide
Work on core frameworks and/or existing modules
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python and JavaScript
Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
Be accountable for your own modules and their delivery
Contribute to open source codebases and the Odoo developer community
🛠 Required Skills & Experience:
Must Have:
BE/B.Tech in IT, CS / MCA / MSc IT (final year students eligible)
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of software development principles
Availability for full-time work, 5 days/week, for at least 6 months
Good written and verbal communication in English
Nice to Have:
Experience or contributions to open source projects
Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Exposure to Unix/Linux environments
Experience with GitHub and version control workflows
💰 Salary Expectations:
💸 ₹20,000/month stipend during internship
📈 Based on data from Glassdoor & industry standards, a full-time software developer at Odoo India (post-internship conversion) may expect a CTC ranging from ₹6 LPA to ₹9 LPA, depending on performance and experience.
