Manual QA
Experience Required
5–7 Years
✅ Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Software Development
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
Strong background in manual testing within Agile software development life cycles
Proven ability to write detailed and comprehensive test cases and test plans
In-depth knowledge of the defect lifecycle and bug reporting
Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, HP QC, or Microsoft Test Manager
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to testing
⭐ Preferred (Nice to Have)
Domain experience in upstream oil and gas, especially production engineering
QA Certifications like ISTQB, CSTE, etc.
Exposure to dynamic project environments and cross-functional teams
